Gershon Koffie joins New England Revolution on loan from Hammarby IF

Ghanaian midfielder Gershon Koffie has returned to MLS, and his former club New England Revolution on season-long-loan deal.

Gershon will spend the 2017 season with his former side after leaving them in earlier this year and will return to Hammarby for the pre-season in 2018.

Gershon who joined the Swedish elite division side this year will hope to get back to his best, settling in an environment which is best known to him.

The midfield general played for Vancouver Whitecaps for a long time before joining New England Revolution last year.
